Many people in Naturpark Kaunergrat are committed to protecting nature. But there is still much to be done. That is why we welcome everyone who would like to join us in taking action for nature. Whether through butterfly monitoring, habitat management or mountain meadow mowing, Team Kaunergrat offers the opportunity to play an active part in preserving these unique habitats and the species that live in them.

Active in Team Kaunergrat
As a volunteer, there are many ways to get involved. In Team Kaunergrat, we work together on:

• restoring ponds
• clearing scrub and mowing valuable dry grasslands
• alpine pasture management in the Kaunergrat area
• maintaining visitor guidance infrastructure
• field surveys

You work alongside experts, build specialist knowledge, gain valuable experience in ecology and connect with like-minded people.
